2009 Epic End

I never thought my 31/12/2009 would have an epic moment, unlike the past end of year events where the day just pass by just like that.

I used to enjoy watching those bloody concerts on TV, with KLCC as background and "Final Countdown" as the last music blared out loud before the old year ends, and the new year borns. Glad that they don't have it this.. I mean, last year. lol. But I grew bored of those stupid concert. Every year is the same thing. Has nothing to do with new year stuff. It's getting old. Malaysia needs something fresh and new (same goes for National Day events).

[gambar untuk hiasan semata2. Shadow of Collosus]

Anyway... the memorable thing about the last day of 2009 is a silly adventure my friend and I been through. This is a true story of two young scholars in an epic quest for hazardous knowledge. After waking up and drinking my tasteless yet nutritious lunch, my coursemate (Norra) called me, asking for my company to find a legendary book.

Riiiiggghhhttt...

She said there are three of the books available in Pusat Asasi Sains UM (PASUM) stacks according to the library database, while those in the main library are no longer in the shelves. So we got our stuff ready, with me being a little late because she called me from outside my room earlier than I thought. SORRY! I'm usually punctual but I was reading both manga and Bohr's model, and I had to tidy up some things. Then we're off.

We decided to walk since the PASUM area is like... 4 buildings away from our college. If we had taken the bus, it'd waste our time waiting and had make one round around the lake. I had no idea where the PASUM library is, but from the surface I understood that PASUM layout is goddamn complicated, so I let her lead the way. She used to take her pre-U course here. However, after 2-3 years of not wandering about the compound, she has a vague memory of the location... but she knew we had to climb a hill to reach the destination.

Yes, the hill climb is quite an exercise. And it somewhat reminds me of traversing through a video game stage with the 'ancient' architecture and all. We walked by silent labroratories that looked like they're abandoned (although I know the fact that this place is still running, just that maybe the pre-U students are on a break..?). And further up was a construction site, which looked like they're building a shopping complex within the campus area. Really, it's big and like four-storey high. What worries me the most is that it's located on the hill slope, and we had several cases of landslide already. I won't be surprise if this construction crumble into pieces because of careless humans. I pray they won't go shaving the preserved forest in the middle of the campus or the monkeys will RAGE.

"There's no other way to reach the library," said Norra. Referring to the construction site, "It's supposed to be here..." [not the exact dialog but she said something like this]

"Maybe they've demolished the library to build this 'shopping complex'," I said. Being highly imaginative, I saw the construction site as 'ruins of ye olde library' instead LOL. "Let's ask the folks here..."

[gambar untuk hiasan semata2.]

First I suggested the lecturers since the lecturer's block is near, but then better ask someone nearer. We headed for the computer lab's staff room. I almost doubt no one was there because the area looks deserted. Imagine a Silent Hill ghost popping out of nowhere, despite of the blazing sunlight.

"The library....." the staff began answering our question, "....is no more..."[okay i exaggerated mood for the bad news]

Oh despair!

"Never mind..." said Norra.

But being the devoted believer of Kamina-ism (Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann), I wasn't going to give up! Especially when I had agreed to tag along to search for this book, and it'd be a dishonour to drop our quest. I said, "I beg your pardon, sir! We were looking for a book and we discovered that it is kept in PASUM library! If that library is no more, then I am absolutely certain that the book(s) is/are relocated somewhere else! So, answer me kind sir; do you happen to know where it is?" [as if I really said it like this! XD]

Logically speaking, the books can't just vanish with the building =_=

"Oh, then you have to consult the office..." he said.

After thanking him, we climbed down the mossy stairs and through the lousy excuse of a Japanese-esque structure. Then we entered the next site; I can only laugh at the drastic change of theme. You know, UM has a very inconsistent building designs that's equivalent garbage in my eyes. There's a new so called high-classed toilet in my faculty that is totally unsynchronized with the faculty's old buildings. Shamefully, the flush is broken about a month after it's completed LOL.

Anyways, we asked the lady behind the counter of the PASUM office. I almost couldn't hear her voice because she's too softspoken.

"The library....." said the lady, "....is no more..." [well, the way she said it was more sombre]

I repeated the same thing about the book can be found here, and insisted about the books' location. I expected that they might have a temporary library around there. But she asked us to leave our number (only Norra gave) because she would give it to the person in charge of the library books and also suggested that we consult the folks in the main library.

"So what should we do now?" Norra asked me as we walked through the corridor that looked liked an alleyway in spite of facing the main one way road (issit called Lingkungan Ilmu?). "Should we wait for this person to call?"

"I kinda have doubts that this person to call us, we could've asked for her/his number too so we could inquire him/her," I replied. "But let's just go check out the main library."

Then we had to walk again. It's a good thing that I really do like walking even if I worry that I'd stink due to sweating. Walking at the pavements, opposing the traffic, and our vision was partially clouded by gray vehicle farts (I ran out of pretty metaphors). We passed the epic waterfall and the huge UM logo, where we last see the number '2009' on it. I thought of taking a picture there, but a cluster of students were hanging around with that very motive so I passed. So carried on walking and stepping on unnaturally straight zebra stripes plastered on the road.

Straight to the point now, the staff at the counter confirmed that the PASUM books are relocated there. SEE! I knew those binded pages full of vast knowledge would have refuged somewhere! Next, we went to the floor where the books were supposedly situated. The odd looking shelves were in the middle of the main library's standard shelves as though they're surrounded. Norra recited the book's code, and as we had anticipated, the three books of Introductory Nuclear Physics by Kenneth Krane stood together like valiant sentries awaited us!

REJOICE! Victory dance! [Nay, we did nothing more than expressing our gratitude to God that we finally found it]

But in the end, we took just one of them intending to make photocopies of them lol.

So ends the quest, and that's how my 2009 ended.

Moral of the story: ya gotta be persistent to get what ya want. and for knowledge's sake, we may have to sacrifice luxury (of transporation aka air conditioned bus), travel for miles to reach our objective (like Xuanzang in Journey to the West). InsyaAllah, may we get an A for our worthy efforts =]

bak kata norra... "kalo tak dapat A tak tahu la..."

p/s: dialog sume tak semestinya sama dengan keadaan sebenar sebab ingatan aku berkenaan kejadian ini samar2. Dialog juga diubah untuk menimbulkan suasana cerita Lord of the Rings HWAHAHA

End note: HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE! WELCOME 2010! i suck at sappy motivational speech so just go your merry way~

The Mystery of Soggy Veggie Feeling

Photobucket

[random pic is related.... somehow....]

Yesterday I had this feeling... i've got a feeling... a feeling deep inside. Oh yeahh...
lulz Beatles. This is all Beck's fault DX
Anyways... that evening I feel like a soggy vegetable leaf taken out from a soup. And my tormented intestine yearns to produce more shit soup.

I actually forgot that I only had 3 hours sleep the night before, and I couldn't resume sleeping after Subuh prayers after greeting my cat 'good morning'. Lately I've been staying up at night like traditional vampires and sleep at dawn. I wake up around 10 am -12 noon. I chose to do this because I don't like oversleeping, for no matter what time I sleep, I will always wake up around that time. Let's say I sleep at 1 am, and wake up at 10, I sleep for 9 hours. I don't like it! The ideal sleeping time is 6-7 hours. So assuming that I sleep at 7 then wake up at 12.... wait... I got only 5 hours. Lack of sleep is unhealthy too. Oh geez I just realized it while writing it. Never mind, sometimes I sleep for about an hour in the evening. So that makes 6! But actually not sleeping at night isn't a proper lifestyle either... but I'd rather not exceed my sleeping time to more than 7 hours!

Okay back to the story.... the moment I feel so worn out I just remembered that I needed sleep. So I slept for about 2 hours and got some energy back.

Another thing that contributed to my stir-fried kangkung-ish feeling is my stomach ache... which has been going on for a few days. I had no idea why... I considered the way I eat. I have early breakfast if I manage to stay up until Subuh. Eating at night time isn't good, because at night the metabolism is slower so the rate of getting fat is higher than eating during the day. My biohealth buddy confirmed this. But my routine of eating at this time of the morning contributes to my abnormal digestion. Or maybe drinking this particular thing and munching some random things drove my organs insane??

I eat banana. It's not helping so far.

Then I noticed something... I wasn't sure if it's true so I risked to experiment it. And I probably can confirm it. Good detective work (yeah right)!!

I make cherry-berry (Malaysian slang for diarrhea) after eating a cake. That particular cake. In fact it all started after I ate it. It's not even as indulging as I expected it to be, so contradicting to the name. It has too much layers of cream, so much more than the real cake. The name of the cake is.... Chocolate Indulgence. That's right. From Secret Recipe.

I don't remember it tasting like that... nor do I remember if I had tasted it before. Everyone seems to like chocolate and favours this one, but it disappointed me. Not only that it tasted like sweet nothing (not even intesne chocolaty flavour), it's also hurting my colon. Even when I consume it with banana... geez, just because we bought it cheap on SR's 12 anniversary doesn't mean you have to give us a cheap cake. But nothing happens to my other family members. okay, no more Secret Recipe Chocolate Indulgence for me. I'm gonna avoid it or else I'll feel so freakin' uneasy when my stomach aches in a weird way... and it hurts when you can't crap normally. From now on.... I will only look forward to tasting Trans-fat blueberry cake and buying another piece of hi-fibre cheesecake.

It looks like I have manry tongue. I don't like anything too sweet, just moderately sweet is fine. I don't like chocolate, except for dark chocolate (and white) because it doesn't give me a headache. The bitterness is addicting too. Thanks to grandma for introducing me to such an obscure candy.

...............Stupid cake!! But I don't think it's food poisoning cos I'm not vomiting at all. I just don't feel so good....

SOAKED ( Muse vs Adam Lambert )

Photobucket
Soaked by Muse (Unreleased) <--click to listen (and for download link)

[written by Matthew Bellamy]

Soaked to the bone
Sink like a stone
Walk on alone
It's not the first time
It's not the worst crime
Your soul will be OK

And you've had enough
Searching for love
And you miss the touch
Of someone new

Burned by your dreams
It's never how it seems
Cold crushed esteem
Take shelter
And hide forever
Your soul will be OK

And you've had enough
Searching for love
And you miss the touch
Of someone new

And you've had enough
Searching for love
And you miss the touch
Of someone new

Soaked to the bone
Sink like a stone
I will take you home
It's not the first time
It's not the worst crime
Our souls will be OK

Click to listen to Adam Lambert's version <-- Yeah, he wrote that for Adam Lambert (available in "For Your Entertainment").
Soaked is about one night stand?? <-- dammit, I could never guess that! Bellamy is awesome... and Adam's amazing the way he actually makes an effort to understand the song meaning.

[i dunno why videos fail to appear here =_= ]

***

Muse likes to have Arab-like tune in their songs don't they XD.

Personally I like Muse's version more. It's much more sombre and although it's not the best of Bellamy's voice, but the way he crooned calmy and sentimentally suits the message even more. The dude really knows how to deliver the song. It's like... this person has already given up on love that he has no more energy to wail accompanied by mashed up melody of piano and electric guitar (i suck at describing music stuff ok *blush* ) which is sooooooooo Muse. Let's not forget the dramatic bridge in 3.00 minutes, it's like... you know... the kind of song played in romance movies where the hero chases the heroine before she goes away in an airplane (or the other way round).

I've been listening to Adam Lambert's version several times already. I like it too. Somehow I think it's good in his own way. The intro (or the mashed up instrument melody Muse made) is much clearer and more energetic, and reminds me of Bollywood. Adam's voice is a bit too powerful for a song like this, but there are a few intervals that are spine-chilling. And before the bridge at approximately 3 minutes it went through some sort of dimensional vortex for a while, then unlike the romance movie bgm, it gives me the image of... a protagonist crying over a friend who or a lover who just died in a bloody battle (complete with fresh corpses and collapsed building around them).

There goes my imagery. I really made good use of my imagination this time. Suddenly it's hard to judge, cos both singers have their own unique way of singing and vocals. But as much as I love Adam, I still think Soaked is meant for Muse... because, look at the lyrics. It's just... soooooooooo Muse!

Review: Kuroshitsuji (anime)

[it's not BL, okay!!]
[WARNING: This review may contain spoilers!]
[WARNING 2: Sebastian fangirls GO AWAY!]
I finished this a long time ago. but I'm bored and I feel like writing reviews. So I picked Kuroshitsuji because I see everyone is obsessed about Sebastian, and I wanted to know what's so great about him. Then there's a shota that I'm attracted to, so I bought the anime before reading the manga. As I suspected, though it is not officially BL, but there are hints. *wink*
Oh yeah, this is Square-Enix's production! My fave game company.
Set in the Victorian era, this is a story about a 12 year old boy who lost his parents in a fire. He made a Faustian contract with a demon who serves him as a (combat) butler. Somehow this brat called Ciel Phantomhive got his riches back after he makes a deal with the demon butler, Sebastian Michaelis. Ironically he's named after a real life Sebastian Michaelis, a French inquistor who compiled a hierarchy of demons in Hell. Ciel is a sour-faced boy with an eye-patch, an have enough intelligence to manage a toy and candy company. But he's completely useless in combat so he goes SEBASTIAN, I CHOOSE YOU to protect him from pedophiles. But Sebastian doesn't mind being treated like a pokemon because it's his job anyway... until Ciel finds the murderer of his parents....
PROTAGONISTS PLEASE...

1. Sebastian Michaelis

PhotobucketDontcha? Oh everybody does except for me :). Sebastian is overrated. His perfection is awesome but it's a turn off because he's a demon and he can do all the house chores impossibly fast. Faster than vampires! Every girl dreams of getting into his pants, including Maylene the maid, but you can obviously see how he condemns clumsy and imperfect people. Yup, the very moment he shoos the other servants away and do everything himself, I know I can never love him (I've met somebody who does all the work without discussing with his subordinates - i didn't like that leadership). And I wonder why you want a boyfriend like this hehehehehe.... unless you make a Faustian contract with him, he'll defend you with his life (?)... but it's not sincerely because it's what he has to do!
2. Ciel Phantomhive
Photobucket

Is it me, or are child geniuses overrated? Like his predecessors, he serves the Queen. But unlike his predecessors, he has a bodyguard. He treats him like a chess piece, and other people he knows are his chess pieces including his aunt. So he doesn't mind sacrificing his pieces until he attains his goals. Like Lelouch who's unathletic, but Lelouch has more pawns. Oh yea, one of Ciel's eyes is cursed too! Dammit, weird eye power is overrated too. He has an a fiancee who's complete opposite of him and annoys him with her girlish decorations (these b1tches just HAVE to exist). But poor Elizabeth just wants to cheer him up even though she's oblivious about what's really going on in his life.

3. Servants of the Phantomhive Household
Well at first I thought that the servants are useless, because Sebastian practically did everything the servants cannot do. He's an attention whore, so what can we do about it? But later in the anime (and manga) you'll find out what's their actual purpose.
- Tanaka. Issit me or are butlers always named Tanaka and Sebastian? Maybe the japanese butlers are Tanaka descendants... hmm. Anyways, he's the house steward, and used to be a butler serving under Ciel's late parents. But he got stabbed and can't do anything much... but he still can kick ass.

Photobucket
[From left: Maylene, Bardroy and Finnian]
- Bardroy. The cook. He cooks with flamethrowers and bombs. Go eat some black things if you leave him be. He's an American, and he's a bomb expert who can use whatever he finds in the kitchen to ward off intruders.
- Finnian. The gardener, who kills of flowers instead of giving them life. He was actually a super soldier of some sort about 500 years before Allelujah's time, so he has super strength in spite of his girlish looks.
- Maylene. The clumsy maid with a cracked pair of glasses. She refused to change them because it's the first present her master gave. But the truth is, she's a far-sighted sniper. You should see how she use hundreds of rifles to decrease the reload time.
***
Unfortunately, like any other anime adapted from a manga, it does not follow the real storyline much. At first, it did, until it reached the middle, where suddenly the plot got f*cked up at the point where everyone is fed with curry bread. Some characters that only appear once in the manga, became re-occuring characters. I'm okay with that because I love them (although they're lamer than Sebastian) - Grell Sutcliffe and Viscount of Druitt... both are rather gay-ish but they amuse me.
Photobucket
[yes I do, Grell!!]
In fact, the anime is gay-er than the manga. There's this dog-man called Pluto (only available in the anime) and he's often seen naked begging for Sebastian's affections. Fanservice much? I nosebled. Yeah... not to forget Grell's pansexuality that is misintepreted as lustful homosexual (not that I mind heh).
Towards the end, it becomes an angel and demon feud. Guess who won lol.
Adding up to the weirdness, it's the Queen Victoria's preserverence of youth and death god's realm (at least we get to see European's Soul Society). Suddenly Lau, the incestuous President of the British Branch of a Chinese trading company got his true purpose revealed when the manga didn't conclude anything about him yet. And the Undertaker's true self is revealed! Then it is revealed how useless Ciel is without Sebastian. And then the mission of the two protagonist seem to be complete, but then I heard the second season is coming. I really hope they don't f*ck it up anymore, cos I do want to see the Noah's Ark Circus.
Somebody please tell me if the Victorian butlers are really capable of being bodyguards too!
Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention another butler and his bratty lord. But this butler is more like a bodyguard who can do chores like cooking curry. They're good looking fellahs from India. Most likely ancestors of Bollywood actors. I suppose this is one of the three encounters of the name 'Soma' (other than Persona series and Gundam 00) - he's a cheery prince that claims to be Ciel's friend. In my opinion, his servant Agni is a hell lot better than Sebastian. (but why Indian youth always get white hair? Take a look at Lakshata in Code Geass and that Indian mercanary in Bladestorm video game). Although he's human, he can rival with Sebastian's skills. And he doesn't pretend to be nice, and he's at least genuinely helpful to the Phantomhive servants - something Sebastian failed to do (the story is about him, the black butler, of course he deserves all the limelight lol).

Photobucket
[Agni says, "DONTCHA wish you boyfriend was RAW like me?"]
So what do I think overall? The animation is pretty for a manga based anime. I'm happy with the exact adaptation in the first half until the sudden alteration of plotline in the middle of the episode. more supernatural stuff dominated the series, and I think the manga makes more sense. I'm really glad that that Maaya Sakamoto plays Ciel; I'm always amazed by how she can use husky voice and sing like a woman as well.
My favourite song is the second ED, Lacrimosa by Kalafina.
btw don't get me wrong. I love the manga, just not satisfied with the anime. And I may have offended Sebastian fangirls here - oi i told u to go away, didn't I? *points at the top* Sorry but... I fangirl too. It's just that I'm not the kind of person who shuts one eye to one's weakness(es) especially when s/he is so-called perfect (direct translation of a Malay phrase + pun intended). now now... don't get angry. Here' have a motivator~

Review: Gundam 00 Season 2

[from left: Lockon Stratos & Cherudim, Tieria Erde & Seravee, Setsuna F Seiei & 00, Allelujah Haptism & Arios]

[WARNING: This review may contain spoilers!]

After a tragic end in the previous season, the important members of the Celestial Being got seperated. Including Sumeragi, who went back to her unsuspecting exboyfriend and soaking herself with alcohol. Tieria was the only one left in the team, while the grown up + sexier Setsuna lurked for Sumeragi and the 'reincarnation' of Lockon Stratos for a reunion. The only thing left to do is to rescue Allelujah Haptism from some sort of rehab, although he is already 'cured' from his manic depression (he's new hairstyle proves it!).

The main objective is no longer eradicating war, since the godly Veda is already hacked and then..... I dunno what really happen cos I really suck at understanding politics lol. But I do know that there's still war among the people. And the major group citizen erased some middle eastern capital, that totally reminds me of what happened in the real world. Godammit, deja vu! Those future people don't learn anything from history, don't they? They sure have fun bombing the desert. But now the main antagonists are the Innovators; androgynous humanoid who claimed to be more high classed than human. Yet they have human-like personality and because of that, they act like Greek deities who can't really work together in spite of their 'godhood'...

Photobucket
[The innovator faggots lol. it's funny that i don't like 'em]

Really... I hate villain organizations that went f*cked up like that. Two of the Innovators ended up in Celestial Being... so it's easy for the Innovator leader to find out their location in space. And since the show provides point of views of different sides, there's no suspense/mystery factor to keep viewers curious. However, what I like about the season 2 is better character development. Yes, frankly speaking, I like season 2 better than season 1.

We were forced to see lame-ass civillan's point of view in season 1; a couple of university students oblivious to the war until they saw a tragedy themselves. Saji Crossroad and Louise Halevy, I hated them in the first season... but then I realized that the role they play reflects the ignorance of the people not involved in the world's conflict. Then they returned in the second season, matured and finally contributed their sweats in the battle. Saji is still the peace loving dude, while Louise attitude got a 180 flip - which I think it's cool except for her occasional emo-ing. The new Lockon (although physically the same) is more attractive than the previous one, and Allelujah broke my heart because of Soma Pieres/Marie. I actually liked Soma at first, but when she becomes Marie I'm a jealous b1tch! Tieria, although he becomes a joke in one episode, is still not as 'hot' as I expected him to be. Setsuna remains colder than Tieria, even after he met a few girls (namely Marina, Louise and Nena) but the best part is fighting against Mr. Bushido (another wapanese!!). What Setsuna and Mr. Bushido have in common is love for Gundam *hint*hint*

Photobucket
[pic for the lulz]

More people die, but the sad scenes are not up to par with fellow mecha anime - Code Geass. then the bad guys team and good guys team (depends on which one you wanna define as good or bad) worked together to save people from a collapsing orbital elevator (SEE I TOLD U IT'S NOT STABLE!). Then they have the Gundam Peace theme song called "Tomorrow", which I personally think isn't as touching as "Fields of Hope" of Gundam Seed Destiny. Just looking at the title gives me the chills, and I didn't even watch GSD when I first listened to the song - even more spine chilling when I did. Even without knowing the lyrics I could sense the sadness in a war and the 'hope' they look forward to. "Tomorrow" is a little too cheerful and idealistic; because Marina Ismail is a hippie who can't even pull the trigger (ala tembak sikit pon tak boleh ka?? Thus, genocide princess Euphemia wins!).

Yet again, I love the Gundams. Lockon's Gundam Cherudim is so cool with its GN Shield bits which can served as automatic ammo blocker in defense mode and shoot beams in offense mode. Allelujah's Gundam Arios... well, I didn't see much difference from its predecessor though it's still cool cos it can transform into jet. But it has an add-on now; Soma's Gundam Archer (suddenly she's a meister too??) which hugs Arios at the back (now I'm even more jealous!!). Tieria pilots another bulky one, Gundam Seravee, which is pretty nasty cos it hides extra hands in its limbs and sneakily attack foes while being blocking enemy's advances. It also has a child called Gundam Seraphim, that kinda helps its mommy to rape her opponent at the backside.

Last but not least, the star of the show: Gundam 00... let's say it's something 10x better than Setsuna's previous machine. It's equipped with twin GN drive, that creates its own GN field (go google what GN is... the engineer dude theorized it's photon decay). 00 also have an add-on, which is the 0-raiser, unwillingly piloted by the hippie Saji. When combined, well duh, the abilities enhances, 00 can teleport or quantized (SCHROEDINGER EQUATION APPEARS IN MY HEAD!!), and when in Trans-Am mode, everyone near the warmachine becomes naked!

Yeah, there are lotsa naked scenes in the anime. +10 points lol~

I dunno what else to blab... so overall, summing up both seasons, Gundam 00 is an okay story. I mentioned before that I can't bring myself to watch it continuosly; only watching when I had the free time. G00 lacks memorable moments, lacking something that makes you wanna go "NO WAYYY WHY DID THIS HAPPEN??" (except for Lockon's case) or "OMG I HAVE TO SEE THIS AGAIN". It's not even awesome enough to have a popular meme, unlike Code Geass (spinzaku, 'nani nani mai hani', C.C.'s pizza obsession, fake Zeros, Nina's table-fap... whoa that's a lot) yet I can lol at Setsuna's "I am Gundam!" and Graham Aker's obsession for the 'shonen' XD. oh yeah, I am comparing it with Code Geass, cos CG have a lot more than just srs biznez and raeps ur emotions. So anyways... I like it... but I can't fall in love with it as much as how I felt for CG. The main attraction to me is, ironically, not the bishounens, but the Gundams. For the first time in my llife, I developed a desire to collect the mobile suits (quite different from the desire to own Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann figurine).

Photobucket
[OHNOES WHUT HAPPENED?]
Before I end this rant, I'd like to express my love for the second ED, "Trust you" by Yuna Itou. I think it's a love song like none other for it sings... "I love you, I trust you". Most love songs will say 'I need you' or 'I want you', but expressing that the persona 'trusts' her lover is so rare that I can't help loving it!

btw, my apologies if my words are harsh and offending. But this how I do it. I might sound biased to you, but this is my opinion (and you can't make me change my thoughts about it). Thanks for bearing with me ;3

Review: Gundam 00

[from left: Lockon Stratos and , Allelujah Haptism, Setsuna F Seiei, Tieria Erde]
[WARNING: This review may contain spoilers!]

I wrote this before... but because I made a mistake on accidentally deleting all the text I typed for one whole day and blogspot autosaved it... the blank space! So I kinda sulked. Now I finally have the guts to rewrite the review.

I never thought that I'd actually watch a Gundam show. I'm not a big fan of mecha, but I can still entertain myself watching Code Geass, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann and Magic Knight Rayearth. But... Gundam... there's a whole bunch of Gundams out there and I think it'd be biased if I only like the giant robots from one series.

The series is set in 2307 AD, and by this age fossil fuels no longer exist cos people of our generation had used it up. They depend on solar energy as their source of power. Freakin' big and billions of solar cells are mounted on three orbital elevators that goes as far as outside the earth's atmosphere. WOW, they must've dug up a lot of Silicon on earth. Mind you, I did this experiment on solar cell and study its process. And I understood why the power blocs have to be that big. However, only the Union, Human Reform League and AEU along with their allies have more priviledge. So a war erupted between the three major groups and countries which relied on fossil fuels. Guess where?? The middle east! (Maybe Malaysia was involved too... but then by this era the country names around Arab seemed to have change so South-East Asian countries might have remained the same. But the big countries we know now still exist).

In order to eradicate this goddamn war, a free group called Celestial Beings are formed to save humanity! The members are chosen by Veda, for some reason, but too bad that it's such a small group it seems powerless when the major organizations starts calling them terrorists (omg sounds familiar??). They fight with Gundam mobile suits, only four of them. But they're technology is waaaaaaaay more advanced than the earth's war-robot technology that time so it's no problem lah. But then, when surrounded by a bunch of normal mechas on earth, that's a big problem.
***

The four major characters, are the Gundam Meisters (good looking guys!! Beautiful and manly at the same time!)
1. Setsuna F Seiei

Photobucket
- of Krugis Descendant... apparently from middle east. His real name is Islamic , but is probably a closet wapanese so he chose Setsuna as a codename. He pilots the Gundam Exia, a melee type machine. He used to be a terrorist kid, and due to the misfortunes in his past, he lost his faith in God (assuming that he is Muslim before he converts to Gundam-ism lol). I can't blame the kid though. He's still a kid in this season, which makes him cute but he's rather sour-faced and is quite philosophical despite of his age.

2. Lockon Stratos

Photobucket
- Is an Irish dude, who lost his family (except for one sibling) in a terrorist attack when he was young and consequently led him to join Celestial Being. Lockon Stratos is also a codename. Lock on target. Stratos is a name of a cloud type. Perfect codename since he snipes in Gundam Dynames in outer space. An orange Haro assist him in his piloting, probably just to warn him about incoming foes while he was busy looking through the telescope thing to shoot. Although he's the team leader, he's the most laidback fellah in the team... too bad he isn't given the chance to experience character development :(
3. Allelujah Haptism

Photobucket
- Used to be a Super Soldier experimental subject, and due to that he has a split personality, where his other self is dubbed... HALLELUJAH! This character is my personal favourite, not only because he's soft-spoken and gentle but also because of his psychotic alter-ego. And he does remind me of my (undiagnosed) personality disorder. He pilots the Gundam Kyrios, which has the ability to transform into a jet (yay transformers!!). Allelujah is the first character that impressed me, after he saved the lives of many people in spite of fighting with other self, and in spite of doing something outside Veda's mission. He becomes the main reason why I keep watching the show :3

4. Tieria Erde

Photobucket
- Is the actual reason why I am intrigued to watch this anime (it's his androgynous look! It's my weakness!), but he's too cold and more ego than an average male tsundere. He prioritize missions more than anything, and does not even care about bonding with his colleagues. But it's okay that he seems not so human because he's an Innovator (some sci-fi creature who has undefined gender). Then there is a point where he softens up but it's seems a bit too late. He pilots the bulky Gundam Virtue, that shoots nuclear blast thingy which makes his mecha the slowest one in spite of the meister's graceful appearence. Hidden inside Virtue is the female looking Gundam Nadleeh which I call... GUNDAM BERAMBUT.
***

Truth be told, I couldn't watch the anime in a marathon. I only watch it during... erm.. breaking fast and sahur, if I'm not mistaken. There wasn't anything that made me feel like... i must know what's going on next! But i did finish it anyway. But I like the concept of stopping war between two parties. Then comes the question... how can they stop a war when the Gundam Meisters are using deadly weapons as well? Wouldn't they be the same as the filthy warmongers on earth? What is Veda's true purpose? If Veda's ideal world is achieved, then what would become of the Celestial Beings? DUNDUNDUUUUNNN

Another turn off is the character development. Well, the characters are rather bland. And the girls in the crew aren't exactly the type I want to look up to. Even Sumeragi Lee Noriega (another wapanese), the supposedly tactical analyzer of Celestial Being isn't nearly as great as Lelouch (Code Geass). There was only once that she impressed me, but then she went back to being vague. The female character I like most is Kati Manniquin, so-called Sumeragi's rival, and also Soma Pieres for being a true soldier and lovable daughter of Sergei Smirnov. Even the Gundam Throne meisters seem kind of pointless, although they did something to contribute to the next season... and the sadistic Wang Liu Mei - whom I thought was interesting but end up being boring anyway. But I think I can understand the lack of character development, because G00 focuses more on the storyline. Yeah, the main point is to deliver the message they're trying to give via this anime. The consequences of war and all.

Okay, as a science student majoring in Physics... there are a few things I'd like to criticize (I know it's all fiction, but they did try their best to be logical. Like the solar energy source thing);

1. Orbital elevators... the train can easily penetrate the atmosphere region to outer space. For a rocket to get into space, it needs to exceed escape velocity... and if I'm not mistaken the path of the rocket is slightly curved instead of straight.

2. Well, I did wonder why the orbital elevators can stand that tall since the towers are obviously unstable from earth view It seriously needed bigger base or support. Then I got to know that the elevators seemed to be connected somehow, and Saji (one of the observing underrated characters) explained about the electromagnetism process that made the construction stable, I think I'm able to accept it.

3. The most repetitive mistake in mecha-space themed anime.... is during the battles in outer space. KABOOM! POW! CRASH! um.... guys.... sound waves cannot travel in vacuum. Sorry.

***

I can't wrap up this review yet, because i'm going to continue writing the review for the second season later. I'll comment on the overall series in the next review. But what I want to say now is that... for those who don't have an open mind, do not watch this anime. in b4 somebody sez 'pesong akidah' (Setsuna's Gundam-ism, Princess Marina Ismail?? and the terrorist called Ali Al-Saachez). But for mecha lovers, IT IS A MUST. Non-mecha lovers can watch too, and I'd tell you to pay attention to the moral values. For a non-mecha fan like me, I actually fell in love with the mobile suits. I drool at the Gundam 00 models at Jusco and dream of collecting them.
Thumbs up to the first OP of th series; Daybreak's Bell by L'arc En Ciel. I'm never a fan of Laruku, although I like their songs and I can't deny that they're awesome. But this is one of the songs that I love listening to repetitively, the intro is sexy. "nee konna...." is even more irresistable!

Red is my Secret Crush

Red is not my favourite colour. It once was, but then red is an overrated favourite colour so I switched to purple instead. I have my own view on what purple means to me, and I do agree what the colour generally symbolizes. But my primary favourite colour would be none other than black.

But when I look back, and analyze my list of favourite characters... a lot of them, are associated with red! It makes me wonder why. Maybe deep down I like red more than I thought I would?

Okay, allow me to list down chronologically on the red themed characters I fell for.

1. Sanosuke Sagara
Photobucket

AKA the one who started it all!

Frankly speaking, he's the first character I ever fell head over heels for. I was about 10 years old back then when Rurouni Kenshin (Introduced as Samurai X) was aired in AXN. At first my favourite character was the protagonist himself, but one night I had this weird dream and Sanosuke made a cameo in it *swt*. When I woke up I found myself fallen in love with Sano so much more than Kenshin. So I squealed every time I see him on TV. I squeal when he first appear in the manga too when I bought it. Although I barely think about him now, I still find myself delighted to see him when I reread the manga. (Ok, I've yet to see the OVA!)

Although his primary colour isn't red, but look at his bandana :3

2. Vincent Valentine
Photobucket
Several years after that, I was introduce to video games. Then final fantasy franchise. but my first FF was the 9th, but I was gaming the 7th and 8th at the same time. with 8th being the first to be finished (due to cheat codes lol). Because of cheat codes, and because I was still a n00b in RPG games - I was careless about character abilities, statuses (ATK? DEF? STR? INT? AGI? whut??) and I didn't care about sidequests. All I did was to go with the flow. So I ended Final Fantasy 7 with pretty much lvl 50 characters but one thing sparked my curiousity before I went to the final battle. Somehow I had this long ranged weapon in my items list. It's a gun, so I thought Barret could equip it but nay. It was not for him. That's when I thought I might've missed one character (and if it was not for my friend, I wouldn't know Yuffie's existence!). Curse this game for making a character only available if you do sidequests!

So I make good use of the internut to find list of FF7 characters. I saw a name that I had never seen before. I clicked to see his profile and what did I get?

LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT YO!

He was so mysterious, and then I actually decided to replay the game for his sake, and I'm happy that his attitude is up to my expectations. But unlike some people, I had never believed that he's a vampire although he seemed like one. Shelke can go to hell, and I wish he can be happy with Lucrecia ;m;

3. Axel, The Flurry of Dancing Flames
Photobucket
I never really had a favourite character in Kingdom Hearts. I tried to play, but apparently the Disney stuff was a bit too childish for my liking. Until now I think the Square-Enix partition is more dominant than Disney's, which apparently only provide the worlds and side/guest characters. However it was interesting to see cartoony characters together with manga-ish characters. Then comes Kingdom Hearts II, I only watched my sister play (she was the one who complete both games) from the main story to sidequests. It's fun to watch her play because she never gives up easily when she loses even if it means a 100 tries. Unlike me, I'll stop playing forever if I can't find the easiest way to defeat a boss XD. But I was the one who provided strategies to her so that she can use it lol.

So anyways, there was this scene were an extremely slim hooded character made his first appearence. He had a manly voice, my sis and I was ogling at his body shape. Really, he IS SLENDER (every Organization XIII members have their own body shape though). Then he uncovered his hood, revealing crimson hair and a pair of emerald eyes. The both of us squealed at the bishonen (in fact, we did a lot of squealing in KHII everytime a Square-Enix bishie appears). His favourite quote, "Got it memorized" is just too sexy. Although it's not a literal translation from the original japanese dialog, Quinton Flynn (the English voice actor) made it sound damn good. 8D And then, he seemed kinda gay towards Roxas, so ask me why I do love him again? XD

4. Mitsuru Kirijo
Photobucket
I can't remember why I liked her. But I know when it comes to female characters, I favour the stoic type. She doesn't have to be a tomboy. She could be ladylike, but not a damsel in distress (i hate those types) or too girly. Before I played Persona 3, I've met Paine of FFX-2 and Gascogne of Vandread. But Mitsuru caught my eye most probably because of her dark red hair. I wanted to 'date' her, but it was a bit too late because my main character's intelligence level wasn't high enough until 3/4 of the game. Yeah, too bad she's only into smart boys. But I guess I understand. She's like the top student of Gekkokan Private School and the president of the Student Council, it's natural that she prefers not to be caught dead with a dummy. When handling death of a loved one, she doesn't go emo like Yukari (another character). It's a big turn off when she sides with that b1tch once. And in spite of being intelligent, her behaviour as a party member is annoying cos she often cast useless spells on the Shadows (MARIN KARIN).

I could date her in my next gameplay, but I didn't like P3 as much as P4 so I don't bother replaying.

5. Kallen Stadtfeld/Kouzuki
Photobucket
Among the rebel elevens, as the racist Brittanians call the Japanese in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, she stands out the most because of her crimson hair. Or issit a dark shade of pink?? Oh well. That's due to her mixed heritage, I assume. While other people worship the so-called angelic C.C., I lavish my admiration towards Kallen. She's just a human like many others (with feelings and all), but she's an ace knightmare frame pilot. I love Gurren Mk-II's radiation surge. C.C. may be superhuman and cool/kuudere, but all she did is to bless Lelouch with Geass and sit on her big a$$ eating pizza. No offense, I do not hate C.C., but I personally think Kallen is a better character. Besides, I never really liked non-human-like beings as a heroine to pair up with a human hero (I dislike Belldandy of Ah! Megami-sama, I dislike the alien teacher from Onegai Sensei, I dislike Chii from Chobits, I dislike it when Shirou of Fate/Stay Night falls for Saber). Yeah, C.C. may be 'better' and Kallen may be stupid... but remember, C.C. had lived longer and experienced a lot, that's why she's wiser. Kallen is 'stupid' cos she's still young, and blinded by devotion, but she's smart enough reject Lulu's offer to sleep with him although she admires him (more like his alter-ego, Zero) a lot.

I love her devotion towards Zero, I love how protective she is to her master. I find it fascinating to see a strong girl protecting a man (but the man should not be a total wimp either). I kinda like her to be paired up with Zero, instead of Lulu himself. Ah, please don't be surprised that I have favourite hetero pairings too okay. and then there's this gender blender version of CG characters; ironically, I like the original female Kallen better than the bishonen version XD. She has nice boobs btw lol. Yeah I'm gay for her~

6. Erza Scarlet
Photobucket
My current love! As of now, I'm watching Fairy Tail anime, and just resumed reading the manga. I like Erza because she's KAKKOI - the cool big sis! She reminds me of Mitsuru, but she's much scarier. Erza is one of the class S mage of the mage guild called Fairy Tail, and most of the time the story didn't lie about her status (Fairy Tail never lies about the good guys' abilities, it does not need to surprise the readers that a badass foe can beat a holy mage etc. Unless he runs out of energy). She's not only a powerful magic knight, but also excellent in tactics where she willingly take risks to find an enemy's weakness. It didn't take 5 chapters for her to finish off a strong enemy. In fact, she can easily PWN'd an evil mage who was said to be the most powerful among the bad guy's team. No need to make massive earthquakes like those so un-ninja-like ninjas to eliminate a villain. All she needs is a couple of henshin!! into different kind of armours to suit the battlefield (ok, the Sailormoon effect in the anime is a turn off for a shonen theme).

Erza will butthead you if you don't answer her immediately, and Erza will manhug you with a thunk of her breast plate if she's proud of you. But like Mitsuru, she ain't a tomboy. She's not girly, but she's feminine, just that sometimes she can't control her strength. Strong yet feminine female characters FTW! I wish I could be like them but... meh... lulz. Anyways, Erza is a Kuudere. She's strong and cool outside, but she's tender inside. She can cry, but not too often. And when she does, she cries alone. Because of her insecurity, she literally wears an armour all the time to protect herself.

Other minor red-themed crushes~

1. Freya Crescent of Final Fantasy IX - Prior to Mitsuru, she's the first stoic video game female I salute. She remains strong in spite of 'losing' her beloved right to the very end.

2. Grelle Sutcliffe of Kuroshitsuji - He's supposed to be in the main list, but he did not re-appear in the manga as he often did in the anime (I regard his second/third appearence in the anime adaptation as 'not really him' because I only believe in how the original author decide to portray him). Grelle is a pansexual, and reaches orgasms every time he sees red LOL. I don't care if he's not as 'perfect' as the demon butler [perfect supernatural beings turn me off, honestly], I just love him cos he seems rather... gay XP.

3. Murtagh of The Inheritence Cycle - The cool big bro stereotype... quite emo too. I can't remember how Murtagh is described in the first book (Eragon), but I can't help but to imagine him clad in red. In the movie adaptation, he does wear red. And then, in the second book... whaddya know? He rides a red dragon!

4. Mai Shiranui of King of Fighters/Fatal Fury - Actually, I don't even like her. Her clothes are too revealing... for a ninja. It's just that I often pick her in my team in the game because I'm good at using her skills. I like fast and agile characters FYI.

5. Vanessa of King of Fighters - She fights in short sleeveless shirt with a necktie, and a dark green pair of trousers with suspenders... and more importantly, RED HAIR. She used to be a normal housewife, until her husbands death, which turned her into a beautiful boxer and joined the tournament to avenge him. However, she does not seem to show her suffering as she casually greets her opponents with her sex appeal.

***

So here ends my pointless post. I wasted plenty of minutes writing this lol.

If there are other red-themed well known characters out there, it's not in my list because I'm not genuinely attracted to them. It's just a coincidence that most of my favourite characters are associated with red X3. If there are others that you know (that I might have overlooked) please mention his/her name :3

[on a side-note, the author of this blog was clad in red when this article is written]

Black Zodiac Analysis

Well, I gotta admit it's fun playing the applications in facebook. Some are sh1tty. Some lulz. Some are scarily accurate.

So here's my Black Zodiac analysis; Negative description of a Scorpio;
(I split the sentences so I can leave a comment next to it.

Horrors with Scorpio in Black Zodiac!

[note: pic above is Esper Cuchulain from Final Fantasy XII. The Zodiac representation is Scorpio and its attribute is poison. Warning: your HP recedes when fighting this Esper. Make sure you have a lotta HP and have Larsa tagging along for unlimited hi-potions 8D Pic chosen to relate with 'Black Zodiac' :3]

          • There is little that could be added to your bad reputation. However, we believe it interesting to twist the knife still deeper. (bad rep... and i'm that deep eyh)

          • You are a sly, inquisitive and aggressive person. (triple slash inflicted)

          • Strangely enough, you remind of scorpions (no pun intended!), but also of sewer rats, perverse, petty and frightening. (RATS??)

          • You revel in other people´s sufferings, (oh sadism. true enuff) so please don´t purport that it is because you want to help them transcend their ordeals and know themselves better (but that's not a lie! it's how i teach lessons!), because we know very well that your evil and cunning nature enjoys attracting attention and stirring up ill-feeling. (oh u...)

          • You are believed to have an intense sexual energy. (this i do not know, but in terms of thinking BL...............)

          • However, it has more to do with a regrettable tendency to release your impulses, since you are unable to control them. (yea i always end up feeling guilty for not watching my words)

          • You also cultivate a high opinion of yourself, and to make yourself interesting, you play the mysterious and rebellious personage. (ufuuu yea i do that. even my roommate says that i'm a mystery)

          • Nevertheless, it is obvious that you feel unloved, which drives you almost paranoid. (t-t-that's not true! who the f*ck cares about that??)

          • You see evil everywhere, and to protect yourself against it, like a spider setting its cobwebs, you keep on manipulating everyone in your entourage (from my POV, there's always something negative. But i don't think i manipulate people...)

          • you should admit that it is awfully difficult for you afterwards to get out of the mess you have created. (indeed....)

Make virtual/imaginary calculation there's approximately 85% accuracy in this analysis.

5 things I hate about Lowyat

I haven't updated my blog cos I was sulking about freedom of speech at one's blog and it gave me time to rethink what I should really blog about.

But today I just feel like writing what I experience today... it may seem a diary or something but it should be something general... erm.. and for the lulz.

Okay anyways... I don't remember when's the last time I went to Lowyat, and somehow it feels like it's the first time I went there lol. Maybe it's the crowd that obscured the whole place. Ok let me list down what makes me dislike it (i don't hate it THAT much fyi)

          1. The crowd. Oh well, I generally hate crowds. But today was kinda tolerable, but there are certain times when people from the opposite direction fancy bumping into you. I think shopping complexes should have lanes too OTL

          2. The layout/structure or whatever you call it. Although it's a small place, but it looks like you can get lost...? Not that I have no sense of direction... but looking for the shop you want to go to would be troublesome. And the way it's mashed up like that makes you have a blind spot. I actually missed out the Okonomiyaki and Tepanyaki restaurants because of that, but those two were not too far from our selected restaurant! WHY DIDn'T WE SEE THEM EARLIER??

          3. I can't find the surau. That is, if there is one there. Cos I check at the touchscreen directory thingy and it didn't indicate any surau. I dunno if they missed out that particular facility. There's no sign of it either. Even the funky Sungei Wang has it...

          4. Okay this place has a bunch of IT stuff and gadgets whatsoever. KL summore. My dad turned on his laptop and tried to activate Maxis broadband. No signal. lolwhut?

          5. Here's the funniest part. The toilet.
          Underground floor, my dad wants to go into the toilet but there's a "cleaning in progress" sign at the door. So the lady who was in charge of the erm... charge asked him to pay 50sen first, and proceed to the toilet at the upper floor - he just have to show her signature she signed on a certain ticket. So my mom and I waited at the underground floor while he go do his business upstairs. It was a long wait... but when he returned this is what he told us;

He showed the ticket to the person in charge (of the toilet)
PIC: You can't come in here.
otou-san: That person from downstairs said I have to use this one *ignores and goes inside to do his business*
          After he exited the toilet...
          PIC: Pay RM1!
          Otou-san: I already paid downstairs!
PIC: Why don't you go downstairs?
          Otou-san: There's cleaning in progress!
PIC: but this ticket is not for this toilet!
Otou-san: I dunno. You go deal with that person (downstairs) yourself... *walks away*
          PIC: HOI YOU HAVEN'T PAID!

          GO BADA$$ DADDEH! \0/
I'm glad he didn't call for the security guard to capture my dad or anything.
Then we discovered that only in ground floor we must pay RM1 while the rest is 50 sen. Lolwhut? Somehow paying for toilet use seems old fashion to me cos I'm used to Midvalley Megamalls toilets. I once forgot to pay at the KLcentral LRT toilet LOL. Paid after using it lol.

          Undisclosed Desire - Muse

[DISCLAIMER: Lyrics, song and video do not belong to me!]

          My current addiction <3

Undisclosed Desires by Muse (From "The Resistance")

          I know you suffered
But I don't want you to hide
          It's cold and loveless
I won't let you be denied

          Soothe me
          I'll make you feel pure
          Trust me
          You can be sure

I want to reconcile the violence in your heart
I want to recognize your beauty is not just a mask
I want to exorcise the demons from your past
I want to satisfy the undisclosed desires in your heart

You take your lovers that you're wicked and divine
          You may be a sinner
          But your innocence is mine

          Please me
          Show me how it's done
          Tease me
          You are the one

I want to reconcile the violence in your heart
I want to recognize your beauty is not just a mask
I want to exorcise the demons from your past
I want to satisfy the undisclosed desires in your heart

          Please me
          Show me how it's done
          Trust me
          You are the one

I want to reconcile the violence in your heart
I want to recognize your beauty is not just a mask
I want to exorcise the demons from your past
I want to satisfy the undisclosed desires in your heart

          ***

I usually don't like R&B kind of songs or lyrics that have something to do with uh... sm3x or whatsoever. I hate hip hop because of that. Akon, P.Diddy, yadda yadda. But in certain cases, it's a guilty pleasure... I find myself liking PussyCat Dolls' "Buttons", which I think it's funny for me to actually like it.

Just like "Supermassive Black Hole" in Muse's previous album (Black Holes and Revelation), I got attracted to the song because of how sexy it sounds. But I think I literally FELL IN LOVE with Undisclosed Desires. I've been listening to it for the 237678th time!

Maybe it's because it's Muse. But I had never been a big fan of Muse. Not even now. My sister used to be obsessed with them, and I know stuff a lot of stuff about them via her. How I started liking Muse and loving their music was because of my exbf. Even chose a song dedicated to me LOL, but now I can only laugh at the sincereness of "Endlessly". In spite of that, I continued to grow liking them because of their appeal. I have my favourite tracks, but I can't remember all of the titles; yet the most notable ones are "Darkshines" and the popular "Time is Running Out".

Anyways, they said for this track, they did not use Piano nor lead guitar. but only bass and electronic drums (and keyboards??). I think what makes me love this song so much (while hating all of Akon's songs) is because of how the lyrics are written. Not too straight forward, but rather poetic. I admire something aesthetic, and it's quite inspirational for me.

I've previewed "The Resistance" in youtube, but I wanna buy the album before I make an overall review about it. Yes, I SO WANNA BUY IT!

          Neglected OCs Month!

          COPYPASTA from my deviantArt.

Aka Under-appreciated Original Characters month, announced by Arai-Hime!
          More info in her journal.

So basically November is unofficially the month where we rummage our OC store for the dusty ones or the ones buried under a pile of new ideas back to the scene. Meaning, the OC we have long abandoned from drawing, writing or playing... something you created years ago, but have forgotten about them. Now it's the chance for them to make a comeback :3

I'm gonna join the fun. Hope you guys do the same too, especially if you wanna kill the boredom.

          To add up to the fun, try this "Neglected OCs Meme";
          1. Artist version
          2. Writer's version

I actually went looking back at the old stuff in my gallery lol. I'm picking a few to redraw. And I took a look at my old sketchbook to find OCs I neglected. My poor babies.
          I just started with one.

I might post up some of my old OCs here, along with the meme. I'm just spreading the word. Come and join the fun ^w^

          Badmouthing People in Blogs

          I'm here to justify something;
I don't badmouth people in my blog, but I speak the truth about them in my point of view. If one feels offended by it, then what I rant is true. Then it isn't my problem, right?

Yeah, I'm ego. So sue me.

You may ask what's the difference. But it's something only I can comprehend.

I don't care if someone wants to diss me in his blog. The case of the previous entry is not my first time. I've seen better negative analysis about me. Yes, I do feel a little hurt, but that gives me the chance to see myself in another person's POV. I can somehow accept it. But the 'former troll' was saying things that I am already aware of, and did that just because I expressed my honest opinion. And I remember that I did not totally oppose him, because I did agree with him in certain points. When I think about it again, it is kind of funny. But the thing that made me a little angry is the word 'homophobic', because I certainly am not. :3

Plus, that guy has been an annoying troll for a long time. He deserved a bit of trolling too.

What do I learn from this?

          Nothing.

It doesn't effect me. I still don't quite get it. Maybe it's because I'm able to accept the truth in spite of being angry. I've seen someone talking badly behind my back, and yea it did make my heart race, but what I've already expected what the person thinks of me. And it's not entirely false.

It won't stop me from 'dissing' (as you call it) other people.

However, I won't do it much here. I have a darkblog. Where no one sees.

          Mission: TROLLing

          I R TROLLZ!

[due to my respect towards my friends and enemies, I won't mention names here]

I dunno how to start. But it was all thanks to 'someone' and 'a stranger'. A link was given to me via chatbox and it was instantly lead to 40 worst video games post, by a blogger which I am familiar with.

He's a troll. And most of us who knows who this guy is cannot distinguish between his serious posts or his jokes. And the list of his 40 worst video games are none-other than his fantasies of non-existant and existing video games. Which is supposed to be a joke, but he wrote it in a sarcastic way. Which emits a lot of 'personal attack' aura.

I was asked to view number 26. So I went straight to number 26, and found a pic of my old avatar and my profile in a particular forum. The game is called "Seek and annoy VulpineNinja". Description is fat (ok i am), ugly (ok so what if im ugly?), homophobic (Am i?), [insert you-know-what] fangirl. It's fun and entertaining blababla. So I got kinda pissed to see that.

But i cooled off when I saw the date was soooo last year. But I'm a lil angry because I didn't know that he dissed me like I've been literally molesting him for ages. And I'm also a lil angry that he took it so personally when the only thing I did was to justify something about why girls like the subject that I really like. I don't recall offending, threatening or quarreling with him.

Actually I wanted to ignore. But I feel like I need a bit of fun. A taste of his own medicine, maybe. Besides, I pretend that I am my past self who just happen to read that blogpost right after he publish it, and what my reaction would be like.

I logged in to my account, and started to bomb him. I became a part time troll.

The url is invalid already, and I did not take any screenshot, so I'm just gonna write what I'm able to remember...
          1) I attacked his 40 worst video games first, telling him that i'm honoured that he acknowledged me in league with the famous anime/video games. I told him he should have told me earlier about it. Of course this is purely sarcasm.

          2) I noticed that most of his blog posts MUST consist the subject I'm obsessed with, which he really abhors. Well, frankly speaking, I don't mind if people dislike/hate it. But it IS annoying when I see people making a deal out of it 24/7. So I comment something like that he's obsessed with the subject...

          3) On another post regarding that... I wrote *yawn* and told him his post is boring because it's the same subject over again.

          4) there was one post dedicated to his favourite pairing (male and female of course). But I've always hated the artwork for making both men and women looking like girls in spite of the shonen genre, so I said "OMG LESBIANS!". and added "oh wait, he's a guy.. i tot he's a girl.."

          5) On his latest post, he wrote on how much he hated straight girls... then in the new paragraph he had to 'talk' about the fangirls of that subject again. It was my last ammo, so I said something like... "awww you poor thing. u just wanna get laid by straight girls but u fail to even get one". And ended it with "ok i had fun bombing you. kthxbai".

then i block him cos i dont bother knowing what he's gonna respond.
I'm aware that he'd track me, so I'm kind of prepared for the worst.
therefore... He found me in dA...

          Photobucket

          analysis:
          1. I never know what deevon did to him. either i wasn't there or I was just not aware of it. I retired some time last year.

          2. I just felt like writing that lawl.

          3. like i said, i'm aware that tracking is possible. I didn't freak out. oh halloween prank? i never knew it existed.

          4. yea i said it lawl. Just being arrogant.

Some time that night I was chatting with my cosplayer friend who was complaining about someone then I told her about what was going on.

Then since I blocked the 'former troll' in my dA, cos again I just don't bother knowing his response... he PM-ed me with his old account saying... but I'm too lazy to reply. But if he found this post, my response would be just like the following...

"So you call that entertainment, narcissist."
          - wrong. i'm a sadist. D:

"Consider this a truce and I try to make peace here. You are bullying me just what those clowns did before. You already knew that. Because I already left then I'm a subject of your joke. Of course I am the most unpopular member here and I did what all losers do best, leave and go somewhere else. "
          - okeh who are the clowns i wonder. I never knew that. But he does deserve some dissing from me as well.

"The blog entry was written last year, when I still active at this place and now its your fault for not discovering it earlier. Today I no longer remember you anymore until you came there."
          - i don't think anyone is at fault. The question is what made him what made he wrote that post anyway

"One more thing, bullying is not cool. I already bullied before and I don't want it to happen again. Tulang is my older account, don't trust me and you check my join date. It never lie."
          - Yeah, bullying ain't cool. I know. About time he realized that *rolls eyes*. I'm not a bully. But he deserve it. It's hard to explain why i'm just avenging my past self. I'm a sadist this year. don't ask why I evolved into one. And I know tulang is his other account long2 ago.

Then I found out that my cosplayer friend actually posted the url in a certain community network website and got the other people I know angered. Thanks though, but you didn't have to spread it since it's dated March 2008 X). Next time I know that the url to the former troll's account is invalid. I assumed he changed his name, but someone said all his stuff is blank. I dunno if he deleted it or got banned. Oh well, who cares.

The thing I'm most unsatisfied with is he didn't even bother apologizing. trying to sound like a victim, but doesn't seem guilty at all (by calling them 'clowns') and blaming me for not discovering that entry earlier. And 'truce' doesn't show apology because it means temporary agreement between two opposing parties.

So yea that's the gist of it. Nothing epic. But it was quite fun to troll once in a while.

So sorry to make you guys curious about what happened XD. It's entertaining to see you guys got caught up in the suspense~
